Hard to imagine that it would be possible to release a split single with the Beatles, but The Beatles' side of this two song single was officially licensed for this release. The Beatles' side is of course not a new track, but one of the earliest recordings the Beatles ever made, and Klaus Voormann, who designed the original Beatles "Revolver" album cover, also allowed DWM to license his artwork for the Beatles' side of the cover of our single. On side two, the DWM cover of "Cry For A Shadow"comes from one of three Beatles covers that DWM originally recorded in the late 1990s, for a Beatles tribute that was never released (the other two tracks "Free As A Bird" and "Tomorrow Never Knows" have since been released on the DWM mini CD "Abbey Toad"). In total, 300 records were pressed on black vinyl as welll as 197 on gold vinyl.

Please note: as DWM does not claim to own the rights to any music other than their own, we can only offer the DWM track of this release for downloading and streaming. If you jwould like the Beatles track, you have to buy the single.
